Is oil a renewable or nonrenewable resource?
Tell me what you think, and provide proof. =] I’ve researched, and nothing’s telling me what it is!!
Oil is a non-Renewable Resource. Thats because it takes millions of years to form and it shouldn’t be wasted. Oil, Coal, fossil fuels, petrolium and all that stuff is non-renewable. You can see why gas prices are increasing is because we are getting short of these Non-renewable Resources and the demand has gotten higher.
Also, fossil fuels are formed from agent plants or living things. Like dead trilobites or those agent trees from the Pennsylvanian era could be considered a fossil fuel.
By the way, when you research you should always use wikipedia. If you can’t find your answer on Wikipedia then google it.
